    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon grated onion or chopped chives
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds or chopped fennel seed
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil crushed
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano crushed
    • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste
