    • 1 cup roasted red peppers (1 small jar)
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    • 6 slices bacon (fried or leftover chicken)
    • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
    • 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
